For transparency on quality, we have created the below rating scale,
that we use for every item that we Smoove*.
EXCELLENT
An item that appears to be new, with no sign of wear.
VERY GOOD
Well-maintained piece with only light, occasional signs of use. Minor marks may exist in discreet spots, but the main surfaces and structure appear clean, smooth, and in great shape overall.
GOOD
Shows visible signs of regular use, such as scratches, scuffs, or mild dents in several areas. The overall structure remains solid, but wear is noticeable on certain surfaces. A gentle patina or aged look may be present.
FAIR
An item that shows heavy wear and marks throughout, but still in a solid state of use.
POOR
An item that is no longer in great conditions to be used as it is, and would need to be repaired to go back to a state of use.
